CANCELLATION POLICY

We completely understand that life happens and things can come up unexpectedly. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please reach out to us. If the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of your appointment, a 50% charge will apply. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to working with you! We understand that delays can happen! If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time of your scheduled service. Please reach out if you are running late so we can do our best to accommodate. However, if you arrive more than 25 minutes late, we will consider it a no-show, and a 50% cancellation fee will apply. Due to other clients, we can’t run past the service time reserved for your appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
